   Formbreak is my web and search firm for St. Louis home builders. We build websites and make sure builders show up in Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT.

   I set the direction and hold the bar on design and copy, and the agents write the code. It has changed how much a small team can ship, and how fast.

   Filming Living St. Louis neighborhood guides

   Living St. Louis is my YouTube channel about living in St. Louis. It sends buyers and sellers to Gateway Realty Group.

   Measuring how AI tools talk about local businesses

   I run the same questions through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers to see who gets recommended, and why.

   Consulting for real estate companies

   Recent projects include films for new developments, website and SEO reviews, YouTube channel audits, and reports on how a company shows up in AI search.
